How do I get started with HaulDesk?
Download the HaulDesk mobile app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and your company admin will provide you with access credentials.
What types of documents can I scan?
HaulDesk supports dynamic document scanning. Your company can decide which document types they want to offer for each user role. Contact for more information.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. We use enterprise-grade security measures and comply with industry standards for data protection.
Can I access documents offline?
The mobile app supports offline document scanning and will sync your documents when you're back online.
How do I add drivers to my company account?
Company administrators can add drivers through the HaulDesk Admin Portal. Contact your IT administrator or reach out to our support team for assistance.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
